Is there a free trial?

No — the Free tier is the trial. You get 10 real queries per month against two real connectors, with no credit card and no countdown. Upgrade only when you outgrow it.

What counts as a query?

Every question you send to Knoq in a chat session is one query, regardless of how many tools or sources the agent reads to answer it. Viewing history, managing connectors, and admin actions never consume queries.

What are query packs?

If you hit your monthly limit on Solo, Team, or Business, you can top up with 150-query packs instead of upgrading plans. Packs roll over month to month until you use them.

Can I change plans any time?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period so you keep the features you already paid for.

Do you index my data?

Never. Knoq reads your tools in real time through authenticated APIs. We do not copy your files, messages, or tickets into a separate store. Revoke a connector and Knoq loses access immediately.

When will Business be available?

We are onboarding design partners onto Business privately before a public release. Reach out to hello@knoq.one if BYOK, enterprise SSO, audit logs, or a custom domain is a must-have for your team.
