What it can access
- Repositories you have access to
- Issues, pull requests, and comments
- Code, commits, and diffs in accessible repos
- Organization and team metadata you can view
What it cannot do
- Cannot access repositories you do not have permission for
- Cannot modify repository settings or secrets
- Does not push commits or merge pull requests without explicit confirmation
- Cannot access resources outside your OAuth scopes
